We started as a small pizza tent squeezed between an orange juice stall and a guy
selling wooden spoons at the Sunday market. No neon lights, no fancy ovens—just a
wobbly table, a lot of hope, and an unreasonable obsession with good pizza.
People came for a slice, stayed for the chat, and somehow kept coming back… even
when the wind tried to blow our whole tent away. From those early days—flour in our
hair, dough sticking to everything except the table—we learned one thing: pizza
tastes better when it’s made with love, laughter, and a bit of chaos.
Fast-forward a couple of years, and we grew up (sort of). We finally built our first
proper shop—our first shape—a little slice of Italy that magically transports you
straight to Milan the moment you walk in. Think: the aroma, the energy, the “mamma
mia!” without the expensive plane ticket.
But even with shiny new equipment and walls that don’t flap in the wind, we’re still
the same people from the market: obsessed with flavour, serious about quality, and
always ready to share a slice with anyone who loves pizza as much as we do.
Because at Ciao Bella, we’re not just making pizza….
We’re serving the taste of Italy—one perfectly imperfect slice at a time.
